Shipping Locations

Currently, Shereen Cosmetics ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, international locations, or P.O. boxes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Due to high order volumes or other factors, processing may take longer. We’ll keep you updated should any delays arise.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited options at checkout for an additional fee.

Grace Period for Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of purchase, please reach out to us. We’ll work with you to locate your shipment or provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund as needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may request photos of the damage to expedite your claim. We will gladly replace or refund affected items.
