Most orders ship within 3 business days via USPS First Class.
Shipping generally takes 3-10 days. Estimated Delivery Date includes processing and carrier transit time.
Shipping is $5.00.
All shipping charges include processing, packaging and transportation.
With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 3 business days from when the order was placed.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive using USPS First Class, depending on the destination being shipped. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
We currently ship to the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We can ship to P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Shereen Cosmetics for any reason within 60 days of your original purchase date, contact us and we’ll help process a refund of your purchase price, less original shipping fees.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Only regularly priced products can be refunded. All promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales. The determination about whether an item is eligible is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of Shereen Cosmetics.
